Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Investigator in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention project.
- Coordinate project activities and provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Liaise with social workers, student helpers, administrative units, and external stakeholders.
- Collect, manage, and analyse both quantitative and qualitative research data.
- Draft and prepare research reports, academic publications, and project presentations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree or equivalent in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Sociology, Statistics, or related Social Sciences discipline.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Demonstrated capability in conducting independent research and managing data.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' experience or Master's degree plus 1 year's experience may be considered for Senior Research Assistant roles.
Appointment
- Full-time or Part-time — 6 months with possibility of extension.
