Duties & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of an HIV intervention research project.
- Oversee day-to-day coordination of project activities and provide administrative support.
- Serve as primary liaison between research team, healthcare providers, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Supervise collection, management, and statistical analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Assist in drafting academic publications, progress reports, and presentations.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as requested by project leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Statistics, or related Social Sciences discipline (or equivalent).
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record in data management and ability to execute research protocols independently.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional who works independently and in teams.
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' experience (for Senior Research Assistant) or Master's degree plus 1 year's experience considered.
Appointment
- Full-time or part-time, 6-month contract with possibility of extension
