Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach criminology and crime science courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including supervising student research projects.
- Lead programmes and courses while contributing to curriculum planning and development.
- Provide learning support and conduct teaching-related professional activities to enhance student experience.
- Engage in professional networking and outreach to build the Department's academic reputation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Criminal Justice or related discipline with relevant professional experience in policing, security, or risk management.
- For Senior Teaching Fellow: demonstrate substantial professional expertise, recognised achievements, and a record of teaching and administration.
- For Teaching Fellow: possess relevant professional experience and expertise with teaching and administrative experience.
- Criminal investigation and public order management expertise is advantageous.
