Duties & Responsibilities
- Examine partnerships between NGOs, corporate sector, and government agencies in facilitating workplace inclusion for marginalised populations.
- Conduct research on workplace inclusion for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Contribute to research project management and academic publications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Social Work, Social Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum two years post-qualification experience.
- Competency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting research in social welfare and private sectors preferred.
Appointment
- One-year temporary to two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
