Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Project Director and Project Managers in managing and coordinating research activities for elderly mental health services.
Oversee data collection and ensure quality control throughout the research process.
Draft reports and documentation related to project findings and activities.
Support publicity events for the project as needed.
Perform other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline with three years' post-qualification experience, or a Master's degree in these fields with one year's experience.
Demonstrate high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Possess strong analytical skills and ability to generate practical solutions.
Work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
Prior experience in social sciences research projects and data analysis is highly preferred.

Full-time, one-year temporary contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
