Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (Intensive Production Animal Health)

Duties & Responsibilities

Teach Intensive Production Animal Health courses within the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine programme.
Develop and implement the professional veterinary curriculum in Production Animal Health.
Conduct research and maintain robust research programmes in the field.
Teach and manage undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Perform administrative and service duties to support the Department and College.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent, preferably registrable in Hong Kong.
Diplomate status in a recognised specialty board and/or an advanced degree (PhD in veterinary medicine, animal science, or biology highly preferred).
Demonstrable research success with a strong publication track record.
Ability to obtain research funding and strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
Background in Intensive Production Animal Health and Swine Health preferred.
For Professor: proven record of distinguished scholarly accomplishment, significant external funding, strong leadership, and active participation in education.
For Associate Professor: outstanding record in teaching and research with strong competitive grant securing experience or academic management experience.
For Assistant Professor: solid record of or potential for scholarly achievements in teaching and research.
