Duties & Responsibilities

Undertake clinical professional teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate training programs.
Conduct clinical research and lead collaborative research projects.
Provide clinical service in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
Mentor junior doctors and researchers in the department.
Assume major academic and administrative leadership roles.

Hold a medical qualification approved for registration with The Medical Council of Hong Kong.
Possess solid relevant post-registration clinical experience.
Have completed full training and obtained a higher qualification in otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery.
Demonstrate expertise in a relevant subspecialty within the field.
Show experience in and commitment to both undergraduate and postgraduate clinical teaching.
Have a strong track record of research funding and productivity with high-impact peer-reviewed publications.
Demonstrate outstanding academic administration skills and leadership in research development.
Provide evidence of collaborative interactions with other researchers or institutions.
