Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses mainly at graduate level, including MBA, EMBA, DBA, and MSc programs.
- Publish high-quality scholarly research in top-tier journals.
- Participate in academic and professional activities.
- Actively seek competitive external funding to support research endeavors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD degree in management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate excellent teaching performance, particularly in graduate courses.
- Maintain a strong track record of publications in top-tier journals.
- Show strong commitment to service at Faculty and Departmental levels.
Appointment
- Contract — up to three years initially, which may lead to longer-term appointment or substantiation.
