- Publish high-quality scholarly research in top-tier journals.
- Participate in academic and professional activities.
- Actively bid for competitive external funding to support research endeavors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in management or a related discipline.
- Excellent teaching performance, particularly in delivering graduate courses.
- Strong track record of publications in top-tier journals.
- Commitment to service at Faculty and Departmental levels.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — up to three years initially, which may lead to longer-term appointment or substantiation.
