Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and strategic direction of a new cross-disciplinary framework integrating theory with real-world practice.
- Oversee postgraduate programmes for executive-level and early career professionals, ensuring quality standards.
- Drive curriculum innovation that bridges theory, practice, and cross-disciplinary perspectives.
- Identify and engage adjunct faculty and distinguished guest speakers from industry.
- Deliver lectures providing students with practical insights.
- Contribute to strategic development of university-wide initiatives in executive and interdisciplinary postgraduate education.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctoral degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields (AI, business transformation, disruptive technologies, entrepreneurship, geopolitics, global business strategy).
- Teaching experience at postgraduate and executive levels is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership and contribution to the profession, industry, or academic community.
- Based in Hong Kong with ability to travel occasionally to the Chinese Mainland.
