Duties & Responsibilities
- Pursue academic research and publish in economics journals.
- Apply for external research grants.
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in your area of expertise.
- Supervise postgraduate students on their research.
- Assist in administrative work in the department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant PhD degree obtained by the time of reporting for duty.
- For Professorship/Associate Professorship: established record of publications in major economics journals.
Appointment
- Full-time contract, up to 3 years initially, potentially leading to longer-term appointment or substantiation; outstanding full Professor candidates may be considered for substantive appointments immediately.
