Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead teaching and research initiatives in educational administration and leadership.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the discipline.
- Supervise postgraduate students.
- Obtain external competitive grants and funding.
- Assist with administrative matters within the department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in educational administration, leadership, or related discipline.
- Strong research background contributing to departmental strengths.
- Track record of programmatic research and publications.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship.
- For Professor/Associate Professor rank: high standing in the research field and demonstrated academic and international professional leadership.
Appointment
- Contract — up to three years initially, which may lead to longer-term appointment or substantiation.
