Duties & Responsibilities
- Play a key role in teaching and research initiatives in educational administration and leadership.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the discipline.
- Supervise postgraduate students.
- Obtain external competitive grants.
- Assist in administrative matters for the department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in educational administration, leadership, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate a strong research background in areas contributing to departmental strengths.
- Show a track record of programmatic research and publications.
- Display strong commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship.
- For Professor/Associate Professor rank: achieve high standing in the research field and demonstrate academic and international professional leadership.
Appointment
- Full-time contract basis for up to three years initially, which may lead to longer-term appointment or substantiation.
