Duties & Responsibilities

Provide clinical support at nursing stations and coordinate participant visits/assessments for a hearing rehabilitation research project.
Establish rapport with older adults and caregivers to encourage participation and adherence to intervention schedules.
Provide reminders and follow-up support to reduce participant drop-out and missed appointments.
Coordinate participant recruitment workflow with project team and nursing staff.
Conduct on-site data collection using approved tools and maintain participant tracking logs.
Assist with project logistics including materials, consent collection, and documentation.

Honours degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese with Cantonese proficiency.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience in elderly centres at non-governmental organisations preferred.
