Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Education and Academic Affairs Team on faculty and academic matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for education programmes across Schools/Departments.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in administrative units and departments at University and Faculty levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised Bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least 1 year's post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education.
  • Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organising skills.
  • Show ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Be attentive to details, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial appointment with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
