Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate development, implementation and enhancement of educational online platforms and digital education initiatives for the MBChB Programme.
- Serve as project manager/coordinator for educational online platforms, digital learning systems, and technology-enhanced education initiatives.
- Act as primary liaison among end-users, faculty members, departmental representatives, external vendors, IT teams and University units throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for courses, education-related events and projects within the MBChB programme.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Education Technology, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience in project coordination, project management, system implementation, digital transformation, or IT-related projects.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders with different backgrounds including users, technical teams, and external service providers.
- Good knowledge of system development lifecycles, system implementation, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good IT skills including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, educational technologies, web-based platforms, enterprise systems or AI digital transformation is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
