Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to faculty members in the department.
- Handle academic and student matters.
- Perform daily office operations including reimbursement and research appointments.
- Organize departmental seminars, conferences, and academic visits.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in administration at tertiary institutions.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proactive work attitude with strong sense of responsibility.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Appointment
- Contract — up to 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement).
