Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to faculty members in the department.
  • Handle academic and student matters.
  • Perform daily office operations including reimbursement and research appointments.
  • Organize departmental seminars, conferences, and academic visits.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in administration at tertiary institutions.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proactive work attitude with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement).
