Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on China's data protection regime in the context of Fintech using mixed methodologies.
- Perform doctrinal, comparative, and empirical analysis for the research project.
- Access and utilize the university's research resources and databases.
- Engage with internationally leading scholars in the field.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or advanced law degree (LLM, JD, PhD).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with empirical research skills.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Preferably some background, experience or knowledge of Fintech.
- Reliable and diligent work attitude with strong team spirit.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year contract (renewable)
