Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing AI and data-driven methods for industrial process monitoring, anomaly detection, prediction, and optimization.
Collect, preprocess, and analyse industrial data from automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, sensors, and industrial databases.
Support the development of data pipelines, software prototypes, visualization tools, and analytics modules for industrial intelligence applications.
Assist in integrating industrial communication protocols and IoT technologies, including data acquisition and edge device deployment.
Participate in system testing, prototype validation, and field evaluation with industrial partners.
Maintain technical documentation, prepare project reports, and support research publications and project deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages with experience in machine learning, data analytics, or computational modelling.
Good analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Experience in data processing, database management, or visualization tools (e.g. SQL, PostgreSQL, Grafana) is advantageous.
Experience in industrial automation systems, communication protocols, or IoT technologies is preferred.
