Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews in English and Cantonese with stakeholders including elderly persons and care staff about their attitudes towards technology.
- Transcribe interviews manually and automatically, then perform basic analysis.
- Coordinate and support student helpers working on interview tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science, social work, gerontology or related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in interviewing or social research projects.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, with strong multitasking, time management, organizational and communication skills.
Appointment
- 6-month contract (renewable)
