Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily lab activities and coordinate research studies with infants, toddlers, and children.
- Run behavioral coding and coordinate with remote testing participants.
- Prepare research materials and recruit/communicate with study participants.
- Manage data sets and perform statistical analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related discipline.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Strong attention to detail, passion for research, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with young children is desirable; proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, R, Blender, or Mplus is advantageous.
