Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct participant recruitment and follow-up for research studies.
- Perform data and sample collection from study participants.
- Manage datasets and conduct quantitative data analysis.
- Conduct behavioral or video coding of research data.
- Prepare literature reviews, reports, and research manuscripts.
- Coordinate with research partners and collaborators on project activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in nursing, psychology, public health, social sciences, statistics, data science, or related healthcare/research field.
- Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience in maternal and child health, sleep research, longitudinal studies, participant recruitment, behavioral/video research, or digital health technologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in statistical software or programming languages (R, Python, SPSS, Stata) is desirable.
Appointment
- Full-time, 12-month contract (renewable subject to funding and performance)
