Senior Research Assistant (holding the functional title of Senior Project Assistant)

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate research projects and implement research activities for a health programme.
Design studies, analyse data, and prepare scientific reports.
Supervise junior research-support staff and manage general administration.
Liaise with community partners, institutions, and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervising professor.

Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or related healthcare discipline.
Minimum 2 years' post-qualification work experience.
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
Strong statistical analysis, data management, and project coordination skills.
Excellent leadership, organisational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external parties.
Experience with NGOs or working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

One-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
