Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate research projects and design implementation strategies.
- Analyse data and prepare scientific reports.
- Supervise junior research-support staff.
- Liaise with community partners, institutions, and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administration and other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification work experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Strong statistical analysis, data management, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Experience with NGOs or working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
Appointment
- One-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with possible renewal subject to funding and performance.
