Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Principal Investigator in coordinating research projects on lifestyle modification and disease self-management in hospital and community settings.
- Recruit participants and collect data for research studies.
- Assist in conducting interventions and in-depth interviews.
- Perform quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis.
- Draft final reports and dissemination materials.
- Provide other research-related administrative assistance as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Nursing, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics or healthcare-related disciplines (for Research Assistant I), or Bachelor's degree or above in related fields preferably with counselling experience (for Research Assistant II).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Responsible and highly motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
