Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide short-term support for identifying major factors contributing to poor performance of selected bus stops and bus routes in terms of estimated time of arrival and travel time reliability.
- Liaise with bus companies through on-site observations and/or interviews.
- Use AI to identify common contributory factors affecting bus service performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in transport-related disciplines.
- Be familiar with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and AI prompt engineering.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-month fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
