Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on fluid dynamics, interfacial phenomena, and biomedical applications under supervision.
- Drive research activities towards defined goals within specified timelines.
- Translate research findings into commercial applications.
- Perform data analysis and management.
- Draft proposals, reports, and presentations for projects.
- Liaise with project collaborators and partners.
- Handle laboratory administrative duties and other assigned tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
- Hands-on experience in microfluidics and diagnostic tool design is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with clear writing skills.
- Strong time management and research ethics.
- Self-motivated team player who works well under pressure.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract, commencing as soon as possible, with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding.
