Duties & Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and analyze biological data including phenotypic, proteomic, transcriptomic, and genetic data using statistical methods and graphic tools.
Implement and optimize existing analytic pipelines.
Generate figures and graphs to illustrate data and deliver insights in a timely manner.
Provide support in manuscript preparation and presentations.

Bachelor's degree or above in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
Knowledge of programming skills, especially with R.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with effective English communication.
Knowledge of common bioinformatic databases such as GTEx is preferred.
Data management experience with relational database architecture would be a plus.
Experience in proteomics, transcriptomics and molecular biology-related laboratory techniques would be an advantage.
