Research Assistant (TCM-driven mental wellness hub)

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct clinical studies on Chinese Medicine and mental health.
Contact participants and arrange activities or treatment services.
Manage participant enrollment and follow-up in clinical trials.
Answer participant inquiries and explain research procedures clearly.
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines for human subject research.
Assist with administrative work and event organization.
Support Chinese medicine practitioners with consultations and treatments when needed.

Bachelor's degree in Chinese medicine, psychology, public health, nursing, or related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Full-time contract until 31 December 2026, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability.
