Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop the front-end UI/UX and mobile application for a Chinese medicine intelligent teaching platform.
- Integrate multilingual speech input and output modules into the front-end system.
- Support system integration and performance optimization of large language model APIs.
- Manage day-to-day operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of the platform.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in front-end and mobile application development (React/Vue, iOS/Android, or cross-platform frameworks).
- Experience with API integration and platform deployment.
- Familiarity with speech recognition/synthesis (ASR/TTS) pipelines.
- Research or project experience in large language models, natural language processing, or intelligent systems.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to Chinese medicine or medical/health informatics is desirable but not essential.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract of up to 24 months, not extending beyond the funded project end date.
