Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct advanced sound propagation modelling for UAV/eVTOL noise in urban environments.
Develop and implement high-efficiency numerical algorithms for noise prediction and simulation.
Analyze environmental impacts on urban communities and ecological zones to support regulatory recommendations.
Collaborate with team members on experimental validation, data processing, and reporting for the LAE Regulatory Sandbox project.
Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at relevant conferences.

PhD degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or closely related field.
Strong experience in analytical analysis of wave propagation.
Proven expertise in developing high-efficiency algorithms for computational modelling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, Fortran, or C++.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Background in aeroacoustics, sound propagation modelling, or environmental noise assessment is highly preferred.
