Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in project management, data collection, and data analysis.
- Administer, score, and interpret educational assessments.
- Assist in designing and conducting behavioral and ERP/EEG experiments.
- Maintain communication and connections with schools and research participants.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Psychology or related field, or honours degree with 3+ years of research experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in psychometric assessment and standardized instruments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/EEG data collection and analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese and/or Putonghua fluency preferred.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing; statistical or experimental psychology software experience preferred.
