Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct research and development on visual multimodal algorithms including VLM, OCR, detection, segmentation, recognition, generation, and authenticity verification.
Track and evaluate state-of-the-art algorithms in image, video, and multimodal domains; design and optimize pipelines for practical scenarios.
Assist in data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, and quality assurance for model training and deployment.
Implement model training, fine-tuning, and performance optimization using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Participate in technical seminars, workshops, and project discussions to apply advanced algorithms to engineering tasks.
Document and publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with proven R&D experience.
Strong hands-on experience in data processing, distributed big data analysis, data engineering, and proficient programming skills.
Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and deep learning frameworks; fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals such as CVPR, AAAI, ICML, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, or ACL preferred.
Industry internship or work experience at leading technology companies is a plus.
Experience with financial technology applications, document understanding systems, or real-world AI deployment is desirable.
