Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent scientific research on Large Language Models, Visual Large Models, or Audio Generation
- Collaborate with faculty members and industrial R&D professionals from leading tech companies
- Contribute to platform technologies for symbiotic creativity and generative AI development
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source projects
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field (Post-doctoral Fellow) or Master's degree (Assistant Research Engineer/Research Assistant)
- Strong expertise in deep learning principles, especially generative algorithms
- Proficiency in PyTorch and solid coding skills
- For Assistant Research Engineer: 3+ years experience in GPU server management, data engineering, LLM training, or software development
