Duties & Responsibilities

Provide school-based support to partner schools on a regular basis to strengthen professional capacity of school leaders, middle-level leaders, and frontline teachers.
Drive comprehensive school improvement as an external change agent through professional support.
Facilitate cross-curricular or interdisciplinary learning and foster students' intellectual, humanistic, and/or scientific development.

Bachelor's degree required; higher degree in relevant subject or Education preferred.
At least ten years of relevant secondary education experience, preferably with school management and curriculum development responsibilities (minimum six years for SDO II position).
Substantial experience teaching and leading a subject department in specified subjects (Geography, Chinese History, Ethics and Religious Studies, BAFS, Economics, Chinese Language, English Language, Music, ICT, Physics, or Biology).
Strong pedagogical content knowledge and effective teaching strategies, including appropriate use of AI to enhance learning and teaching.
Experience facilitating cross-curricular learning and fostering students' development.
Preference given to candidates with PGM/SGM-equivalent background and proven track record of school improvement at school and department levels.
