Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager (Special Projects)

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation initiatives and support Oracle ERP adoption across the organization.
Manage financial planning, analysis, accounting, and capital project monitoring.
Evaluate and improve financial processes, policies, and reporting efficiency.
Provide strategic financial advice to departments and academic units.
Prepare annual budgets, manage budgetary control, and participate in digital transformation projects.

Hold a degree and membership of a recognized professional accounting body.
Have minimum 10 years' experience in financial accounting and management reporting in sizeable organizations.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and strong analytical skills.
Possess excellent project management and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Show proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BI; audit firm experience is advantageous.

Fixed-term contract of 2 to 3 years; re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
