Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain central IT infrastructure including Microsoft systems, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Oversee Windows-based departmental server administration across University departments.
- Manage system vendors and suppliers for service enhancements and new platform implementations.
- Take ownership of system services to ensure smooth service delivery and operations.
- Support the Service Desk on systems and related services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Experience in Windows Server OS, application infrastructure, or Microsoft 365 environments.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and multi-tasking capability.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract (renewable subject to performance).
