Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach social work courses and contribute to curriculum planning and development
- Provide academic leadership in teaching-related activities
- Contribute to programme validation and quality assurance
- Conduct research and scholarly work
- Perform academic and administrative duties
- Liaise with industries, professional bodies and organisations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in a related discipline
- Have solid relevant teaching, research/scholarship and/or industrial experience
- Hold a Registered Social Worker certificate with at least five years of post-degree professional practice experience
- Demonstrate excellent teaching performance and academic leadership in programme management
- Maintain a good record of research, scholarly work or professional engagement
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract (renewable)
