Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and support students in the Master of Science in Urban Forestry programme.
- Develop curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials for the programme.
- Participate in academic and scholarly activities of the Department.
- Assist in formulating learning and teaching strategies and curriculum development for at least one specialised module.
- Provide academic and administrative support services for the programme.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Horticulture, Geography, Environmental Science, Botany, Ecology, Landscape Management, Urban Planning or related discipline.
- Have solid teaching experience at tertiary level and/or professional practice experience in related fields.
- Have experience supervising Final Year Projects.
- Possess high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Meet one criterion for Putonghua language proficiency (native speaker, degree with Putonghua medium of instruction, 3+ years work experience in Chinese-speaking regions, or PSC Grade B Level 2 or above).
