Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with proposal writing, literature reviews, and report preparation for a cross-disciplinary research project on employee well-being and sustainable dining practices.
- Conduct data collection and analysis using analytical software and statistical techniques.
- Incorporate text and graphics into research reports and publications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Management, Statistics, Marketing, Health Management or related field, or a master's degree in a related discipline with relevant work experience.
- Be proficient in analytical software such as SmartPLS, AMOS, Mplus, SPSS, and NVivo.
- Have expertise in statistical analysis techniques including PLS-SEM, factor analysis, path analysis, mediation analysis, and regression analysis.
- Possess experience publishing academic journal articles.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese.
- Be a fast learner capable of independent work with strong attention to detail and responsibility.
