Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the supervisor in designing and developing an AI-powered platform for student engagement and self-regulation.
Support data collection, analysis, and production of project deliverables.
Provide administrative support for general office operations and academic programmes.

Hold a master's degree or higher in Education, Computer Science, Data Sciences, Learning Analytics, or related field; or a bachelor's degree with 2 years' full-time working experience.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM), including training, fine-tuning, adaptation, or deployment.
Have experience integrating LLMs with smaller models, developing AI agents, or building end-to-end AI platforms.
Possess good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Be highly self-motivated with strong initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
Be able to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Fixed-term contract — 1 year (commencing early November 2026); re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
