Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and enhance AI-enabled systems, digital platforms and application services.
- Assist in system integration across ERP platforms, web applications, portals, APIs and e-learning platforms.
- Develop and deploy production GenAI solutions including RAG architectures, multi-turn AI assistants, and autonomous workflow agents.
- Coordinate with users, IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical standards, documentation, controls and continuous improvement.
- Support responsible AI adoption, data protection, risk management and service quality improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related discipline.
- At least 7 years' relevant experience in software development, system integration, solution delivery or IT service management.
- Proficiency in core programming languages for AI and enterprise systems such as Python and TypeScript/JavaScript with REST/GraphQL API design.
- Practical knowledge of AI, machine learning and Generative AI including solution design or integration.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases, LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic workflows.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
