Senior Systems Analyst (Special Project)

Duties & Responsibilities

Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient data transfer.
Analyse existing IT systems and business models to develop innovative solutions.
Translate client requirements into highly specified project briefs with clear communication and alignment.
Create and maintain comprehensive testing schedules to ensure rigorous quality assurance.
Provide expert support to users on change control and system updates.
Deliver training programs and user manuals to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system development and integration.
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with focus on software development.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in at least two of: PHP, Java, NodeJS, SQL, MS Power Platform, or ETL tools (advantageous).
Certification in ITIL or Agile methodologies (a plus).

Full-time, fixed-term contract for up to two years, with re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
