Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement hall-based student engagement programmes.
  • Manage promotional channels, design materials, and maintain social media platforms.
  • Provide student support services including front desk operations, enquiries, and payments.
  • Support Warden Teams with operational and logistical assistance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills with self-motivation and people-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Prior experience in student services or related fields is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time — Two-year contract with possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
