Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit fieldwork supervisors and match students with agencies across social work and counselling programmes.
- Solicit fieldwork placements from local and non-local agencies.
- Monitor and maintain high quality control standards for fieldwork practice.
- Update and manage fieldwork record systems with clerical support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Social Work with preferably 8 years of professional experience.
- Experience in fieldwork supervision and coordination is desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time — 12 months contract
