Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and creative work in machine creativity, machine-assisted art practice, critical studies, or art management.
- Teach courses and mentor students in your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to advance arts and technology innovation.
- Contribute to shaping the Division of Arts and Machine Creativity's mission and development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrate proven excellence in research, creative work, or teaching in arts and machine creativity or related fields.
- Have a PhD in a relevant discipline, or equivalent distinguished professional or academic achievements.
- Show expertise in linking emerging technologies such as generative AI with artistic practices.
Appointment
- Full-time — Assistant/Associate Professor positions are on three-year contracts with gratuity upon completion; Professor positions are substantive.
