Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research in management and publish in premier journals.
- Teach management courses, with a teaching load of two courses in the first year and three thereafter for assistant professors.
- Contribute to building a global hub for management research and education.
- For senior positions, teach in MBA or EMBA programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline (by appointment) for assistant professor positions.
- Demonstrate a record of publishing or strong potential to publish in premium management journals.
- Show demonstrated capacity for quality teaching.
- For senior positions, have a strong record of published research and MBA/EMBA teaching experience.

- Tenured or tenure-track positions at all ranks (assistant, associate, and full professor); specific contract duration not specified.
