Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of clinical services, research, and community screening projects including administration and manpower management.
- Perform ophthalmic examinations and investigations for patients.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of ophthalmic equipment and devices.
- Prepare reports through data collection and analysis.
- Supervise junior professionals and provide mentoring.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry and registered Optometrist (Part I) with The Optometrists Board of Hong Kong SAR.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in research, large-scale community projects, mentoring, and managerial responsibilities preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work both independently and collaboratively.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract or 1-year temporary basis, with possibility of renewal subject to performance.
