Duties & Responsibilities

Report to the Vice-President and support management of the Office of Research Process Innovation & Optimization.
Engage with industry partners, regulators, hospitals and clinical trial centers to advance clinical trial capability.
Evaluate operational efficiency of clinical trial processes and recommend strategies to accelerate trial initiation.
Drive clinical trial innovation and technology adoption to enhance operations and compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, life sciences or related field.
Minimum 5 years of clinical research profession experience.
Knowledge of local clinical research operations, ICH GCP, industrial standards and digital health technologies.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with project management tools.
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is advantageous.

Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract (renewable subject to funding and performance)
