Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Programme Director in coordinating and administering a QEF Thematic Network project on early childhood Chinese language learning.
- Contribute to curriculum development and support junior teaching staff through mentoring.
- Evaluate school-based project progress and prepare academic reports.
- Promote integration of educational technologies and AI-driven tools in partner schools.
- Support schools in enhancing their digital teaching capacity through collaboration with teaching and research teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree with at least 5 years of early childhood teaching experience, or a doctoral degree.
- Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Possess good interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be familiar with institutional administration and financial operations.
- Have preferred experience in curriculum design and development of teaching materials.
Appointment
- Temporary contract with expected end date of 31 August 2027.
