Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and implementing two research projects on post-traumatic stress disorder interventions.
Conduct literature reviews on relevant topics.
Recruit, screen, and coordinate research participants.
Assist with preparation and delivery of research interventions.
Conduct and coordinate data collection and follow-up assessments.
Manage research data and maintain accurate study records.
Perform quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis.
Assist with preparation of research reports, presentations, and project materials.

Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, or health-related discipline.
At least one year of relevant research or work experience.
Experience conducting and/or coordinating research studies, preferably with participant recruitment or randomised controlled trials.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese.
Proficiency in common computer applications; SPSS, Qualtrics, and Google Classroom experience advantageous.
Good organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.
