Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
- Handle trainee admission, academic administration, and placement services.
- Develop programme curriculum and teaching materials.
- Provide career guidance to enhance trainee employability.
- Participate in Centre projects, seminars, and promotion events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Social Work, or relevant discipline, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
- At least 4 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Fluent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong classroom management, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Preference for experience in adult training programmes, especially in childcare, business services, or information technology.
