Assistant Computer Officer (carrying the job title of 'Senior Educational Innovation Officer/ Educational Innovation Officer')

Duties & Responsibilities

Support design, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of web-based, mobile and AI-enabled educational applications and platforms.
Explore and apply emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, large language models, data analytics to support research, teaching and school-based projects.
Manage and operate cloud-based systems, servers, databases and related technical infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal project teams, external developers and stakeholders on software development and provide technical support and training.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, AI, Data Science or related fields.
Solid experience in software development and system implementation.
Good knowledge of modern web/mobile application development, databases, APIs and cloud-based technologies.
Hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, LLM applications, full-stack development, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure or system administration.
Willingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Full-time, 1-year contract (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement)
