Duties & Responsibilities

Take over majority of teaching duties assigned to the project PI.
Lead independent cutting-edge research projects in high-sensitivity morpho-molecular microscopy.
Mentor postdoctoral researchers and graduate students.
Collaborate with world-leading research groups.
Apply for research grants.

Possess a doctoral degree in STEM field (biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related).
Have solid background in biomedical optics, label-free imaging, computational optics, and machine learning with experimental experience.
Demonstrate strong academic track record with publications in high-profile journals or conferences.
Have proficiency in written and spoken English.
Possess successful postdoctoral training experience (exceptions given for outstanding research achievements).
Have experience independently leading research projects.
Research grant application success is an advantage.
Teaching experience in relevant courses is highly preferred.
